One of my favourite things to do for my friends is create art for them as a gift. Four years ago I was lucky to visit Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia with a friend from Team Canada. I took many photographs that day and promised to paint one for her one day. It might have taken longer than I had hoped but I finally had a chance to paint on the scenes I captured that day.
This acrylic painting is small for me at 11"x14" on canvas panel vs gallery canvas but it was easier to ship and small enough that it was easy for her to frame. It brings me so much joy to know she appreciates this moment captured in time.
